I have a model of an existing water transmission main. I have the exact dia, material and layout. But the pressure head that I am getting after analysing the model is much higher compared to the actual site conditions. And I also want to understand that how can I incorporate leakages in my model?
Hello Rahul,
To match the model results with field results, you first need to calibrate the model using Darwin Calibrator. You would need field readings which then can be compared with model values, which will also locate the leakage then using Calibrator.
Once you calibrate the model similar results will be observed then between field results and model results.

Using field data you could carry out leak detection and then incorporate it in the model accordingly.
