I am trying to assign demands to junctions using the LoadBuilder tool, I am using internal data through uploaded customer meter data and I have made sure that the base demand for the customer meters is filled. but after I assign the customer meters to the nearest pipe and finish running the tool no loads for the demand collection for the junctions will be assigned and the demand center is empty.
What I am doing wrong ?? isn't it suppose to distribute the demand on junctions?

Connecting customer meters to the nearest pipe is done through LoadBuilder, but this process does not add demands to the junctions. The demands would be on the customer meter elements. If these are already added to the customer meters you can view the demands in the customer meter flextable. When you compute the model, you can view the "Demand" results field in the junction properties or junction flextable to see the total demand.
If you have not entered the demands on the customer meter yet, you can enter them in the customer meter flextable. You can use ModelBuilder to do this, or enter the demands in the customer meter flextable.

But what if I want the demand to be assigned to the junctions? should I lose the customer meters and use LoadBuilder (Point load data) and what is the procedure for that exactly?

If you want to apply the demands directly to the junction, you would not need the customer meters. You can use LoadBuilder to add the demands to the model, such as using the Nearest Node method.
