I am wondering if there is a way to look at system demands as a whole during an EPS, I have multiple water sources and I am wondering in particular how much of the demands are being met by my pump such that if I could look at the demands at a whole vs the flow supplied by the pump I could discern the amount of demands being met by other water sources.

Nastassja, in the Calculation Summary that appears after computing a model, you will see a table that includes the total demand at each timestep (see more here).
You may also want to look into the Flow Balance Tool in the Pressure Zone Manager, which enables you to see the total demand, net inflow and other results for each pressure zone.
