I have a connection to SCADA data from an excel spreadsheet. I am able to see the historical vs model results in all my SCADA elements except one. I tried reconfiguring this one SCADA element but I am still not seeing the historical data on the graph. The graph does have the data table for both historical and model, but for some reason the historical data is just not visible on the graph. I tried adjusting the vertical scale and already checked that the timestamps match up. Please advise.

This is still a mystery. I literally checked everything that could possibly be causing this.
Fortunately, I found a way to make it work but I am not sure why/what/how. I created a copy of my existing calculations option alternative and assigned this copy to my current scenario, then recomputed the model and all my SCADAConnect historical data were visible along with the model data in the graphs. This happened to me in the past with a different problem, were using a new calculations option alternative resolved it. Are there cases were for some reason a calculations option alternative may become corrupt?

Could you please confirm what version of WaterGEMS you are using? You mentioned you faced similar issue in past as well, was it with the same version or older version than you are using now?
We haven't come across this till now or not reported, if you could provide your sample files to reproduce the error / issue then if required we can log a defect for this so similar issue is not faced in future.
Sharing model files.
There could multiple things behind this error, changing calculation could be a workaround here, after looking at sample model we could comment further.

I am currently using WaterGEMS Connect Edition Update 3 10.03.01.08. Yes, I previously faced a similar issue with Update 2.
Is there a way I can compute the scenario and export some sort of custom WaterGEMS report that I send to you versus sharing the full model?

I sent a patch for WaterGEMS through a service request I created. There were some updates related to SCADAConnect, so it is worth trying to install that to see if it helps at all.
Otherwise, it would be useful to see a copy of the SCADA log file. Information on getting that can be found here: How to obtain log information for SCADAConnect. You can either reply the email you will have received from me with the log file or use the steps here to upload the file.
