Hello Alexandra,
What is the version of WaterCAD you are using? You can find that by going to File > Help > About (or Help > About if using V8i version). The version number is located at the bottom left corner (E.g. 10.03.01.08).
Is this part of some background file graphics? Is there an error associated with this X mark?
Try the below options to remove the X mark.
1. Try to refresh the symbology. Go to View > Drawing > Refresh. Check on "Auto Refresh"
2. Go to File > Database Utilities > Synchronize Drawing. This will synchronize the drawing as per the elements available.
3. Go to File > Database Utilities > Compact Database
4. Delete the .dwh file from the location where the model files are stored. This could be due to a corrupt .dwh file.
If nothing helps, we would need to take a look at the model files. See the article below on how to share model files on this forum;

Hi again
I'm currently working on a 08.11.04.50 version
It's not part of the background, because I checked the hidraulic profile my professor gave me and there are some pressure-down red parts right on the lenght the red "thing" is
I link the image of the part I'm talking about drive.google.com/.../view
The images you shared are not clearly visible. If possible share the model files as per the article I shared in my first response.
Hi! I remade all the system and it runned well, apparently it was a drawing mistake as you said.
Thank you for your quick and nice responses!
