Hi, Colleagues,
I have several animations of scenarios in the model oh Hammer. Hence the size of the folder is quite big.
And I want to decrease the size of the folder with removing the animation files.
Could you tell me which are extensions of the files for the animations (I suppose biggest one with *.hof and/or *rpt) and if they are only these or one of these,
is it save for the essential data in the whole model just to delete them? I'm afraid to delete straight, because is it possible to lose some data and I to understand this later when doing specific actions with the model.

Hello Boyan,
What version of HAMMER are you using? Starting for CONNECT Edition Update 1 you can simply go to File > Save to Package and the program will automatically create a zipped folder of your necessary files (.wtg, .wtg.sqlite,.dwh) and store it at a location you choose.
If you are working on a lower version of HAMMER, simply copy the .wtg and .wtg.sqlite files to a separate location. These are the only two files which you require to open the model. The rest of the files can be recreated after running the simulation. See the below article for more details on this;
What files are needed to open a model in an OpenFlows product?
Hope this helps.

Clearing out all the output/results files should help clean up and reduce storage space, but if you are finding that your models take a long time to run and continue to accumulate excessive amounts of output data, you can either use a custom results file path to store them on a different drive with ample storage space, or consider the tips in the following article: Improving performance of transient simulations (recommended reporting calculation options)
