I have an issue reading data from an SQL database.
It is configured and working, but sometimes is not showing the data existing in the database.
I go to the SCADA Signals, and try to access to the Historical data of a Tag.
In my case, it works OKup to April. But from then on, it begins to be messy.
I have 4 options:
- I look to a range, for example in July, and it appers.
- I look to the same range that it was apperaing previously, and now it doesn't appear.Usually, it show no data, but doesn't generate error.
- I look to a range, and it shows no data.
- I look to a range, and it generates and error, including a pop up.(08/31/2020 09:43:01.26 System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Error al convertir una cadena de caracteres en fecha y/u hora.)
As I say, I'm accessing the same database, with no changes in data types, but it mostly fails with fresh data.
Hello Andreu,
What are the time and date or regional settings on the computer? Also, can you send us a private message confirming your company name and email address. There is a patch related to SCADAConnect that we may be able to provide, assuming that you have a Select account with Bentley.
Regards,
Scott
