Combination pump curve with high negative head

Dear All,

I'm modelling a network feeded by a pumping station with 3 pumps.

when using the combination pump curve, I see the graph as you see here with extreme negative and positive head:

by checking the results, I see that there are no negative heads in my network. So I wonder why the graphic is drawn in this way? Could you please explain? I try to share my files in private way. I would be grateful if you check from your side too.

    I suspect that this may be a closed system (no downstream storage). If that is the case, an accurate system head curve cannot be generated because the flow cannot be varied (it will always be only the sum of the downstream demands).
