We are facing some issue with WaterGEMS/HAMMER software, as it is showing below error while running the software.
Could you please check & resolve the issue.
Based on the screenshots, it appears that the CONNECTION Client is having trouble connecting, which is preventing the software from activating.
Try manually existing the CONNECTION Client (from the System Tray icon) and restarting it, to see if you can sign in. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that you do not have any antivirus or security software that may be interfering an preventing it from connecting.
If you're not using a recent version of the CONNECTION Client, it would also be a good idea to upgrade to the latest (and the latest version of the OpenFlows products). See here for how to download: Downloading OpenFlows Software
Also, if you are using version 11.X of the CONNECTION Client and are using Windows 7, note that your operating system is no longer supported and will cause connection issues. See this recent forum post: How can I update SewerGEMS if the latest version of Connection Client doesn't run on Windows 7?

Out IT team was trying to update new version 188.8.131.52 through Connection Client, while updating through Connection client following error (Connection issues & could not connect , try again) has been showing and after that we cannot able to login in Connection client.
In a similar situation for another user, removing the proxy settings from licensing tool resolved the issue.
Please follow troubleshooting steps mentioned in below wiki.
