Can I set a minimum run time for a pump? I want to start a pump based on pressure at a junction, but after it starts it must run for at least the number of selected minutes, regardless of system pressure.
Hello Gary,
You would need to use time based controls here along with control for junction pressure.
So you could set it up like when junction pressure <= X psi then pump 1 ON and for time based on control you will need to do some trial and errors to get the required control.
You can more details about it in below wiki, please go through it.
Using "Clock Time" and "Time From Start" Controls
How to model timed pump starts, such as a certain on-and-off cycles per hour

Hello Sushma,
I looked at "Clock Time' and "Time from Start" previously and they do not accomplish what I want to do. I'm trying to control several pumps at several different pumping stations, so the trial-and-error method to establish conditions seems a daunting task!
Thank you for your quick response!
Gary, it is a bit advanced but you could set up a "fake" timer system as described in this article: Creating a timer control to execute after a specific time period has elapsed
When the junction pressure is reached, you would turn on the pump and open a pipe to start draining the "fake" tank and close the pipe that was filling the tank. It would be set up such that the tank takes the desired number of minutes to drain, and your control to turn the pump back off would be based on the tank level and would also re-open/close those pipes to re-fill the tank and restart the "timer".

Thanks for the response. I'll give it a try.
