I am creating a drainage system which at some point drains into perforated pipes.
How can i model a perforated pipe?
To add to Sushma's response - if you only need a simple modeling of the infiltration of water into the perforations in an underground storage pipe, you could model this with the pond element in SewerGEMS, CivilStorm and PondPack, with either the infiltration method set properly in the pond properties, or a "user defined" composite outlet structure configured with the appropriate head vs. infiltration rate rating curve. See more in these articles:
Using the Average Infiltration (Seepage) method for ponds

If you need to model complex interactions with groundwater/aquifers, that's when the SWMM extensions can be used which Sushma mentioned.
