10 link license

Hello all!

I am trying to compute a network of more than 3000 links and nodes. When I run the model, it says "The scenario has 3227 active links, but you have a 10 link license."

I have tried to Google it but nothing helped. Please provide your suggestions.

Thanks in advance

  • Hi Bilal,

If you are using a company commercial license and believe that a higher pipe limit should be available, it could be that you have not selected the correct feature level.

If you are using version 10.02.XX.XX or greater (check under File > Help > About), see: Setting the License Feature Level in the Feature Level Selector

If you are using version 10.01.XX.XX or earlier, see: Setting the Feature Level in the Municipal License Administrator

I see that you have already set these terms as tags on your post though. As Tom mentioned if you are using a trial or student license or if your company only owns a 10 link license, you can contact sales for information on upgrading your license (and use the information above to update your feature level if a higher link limit is purchased)

If you believe your organization has a higher feature level but you are not seeing it, it would be best to contact your Site Administrator, in case your account is not properly tied to the organization, or in case there is a configuration change necessary.
