Is Watergems capable of asset management for inspection and maintenance?

Just as a quick idea here - you can always add your own custom field for elements, to store any desired attribute. For example you could create a new "Condition" User Data Extension (UDX) for pipes, add it to the pipe Flextable and populate it with pipe condition. 

If the condition information is updated in an external source, you could connect to it via ModelBuilder and update (sync in) the element fields periodically.
