Hello,
I am working in OpenFlows Sewergems edition 3 verison 10.03.02.04. Recently, I have tried opening a profile I made when I first started using this model and the error message comes up that "H&H sewergems stopped working" I am not clear why this has happened. I have changed some locations where the catch basins connect to the conduit but for a while it was showing the profile with no problems, however now it seems that I can not open the profile in any of my scenarios without the error message popping up.
Hello Craig,
I found the crash log for this in our database. I would suggest the following steps. First, compact the database by going to File > Database Utilities > Compact Database. If that doesn't help, use File Explorer to browse to where the model is saved and create a new folder. Copy just the .stsw and .stsw.sqlite files to the new folder and try open the file from the new location. If there is an issue with a supporting file or output file, this can help. If that doesn't help, try importing the database file into a new drawing by going to File > Import > SewerGEMS database.
If that doesn't help with the issue, please send us a copy of the model files for review.
Regards,
Scott
Scott I tried to do the following suggestions with no success. I uploaded the model with the given directions.
What profile are you trying to open?
Have you tried recreating any profile seeing the issue? If not, that might be worth giving a try.
One of my colleagues found the cause of the issue. This error message is occurring because there are inactive tap elements on the profile. You will notice that the issue doesn't occur on all profiles, just ones with inactive taps. If the taps are active, the profile will open.
This issue will either be resolved or have an updated user notification in a future release of SewerGEMS. The reference number for that is 561872. In the meantime, this workaround has been added to our wiki page: Error opening profile in Storm-Sewer products: Index out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
