Hi
I'm using OpenFlows FLOOD Ver. 10.03.00.01
I'm trying to load a lagrangian.hdf5 file in the MAP lid. The software get's stucked and need to be restarted. The hdf5 file is a valid MOHID file.
Can someone help me?
Thanks
Flávio
Hi Jesse,
I'm using a very simple example I use to use for a very long time in my classes back in the time the software was Actionmodulers' MOHID Studio. I ran the example again though, so the file was produced by this version of the executable. I'm sending the lagrangian file here:
ualg365-my.sharepoint.com/.../ETku0znD1EtBsxj7ntRtCusBVWn4_rQQt7koMduw1cBAFw
There is no crash error, the import windows just keeps saying it is importing but never ends. The program is not using CPU and get's stucked, I need to force it down. Things are working OK with other HDF files (e.g. hydrodynamics).
Can you help me?
Hi Flávio,
The problem occurs due to an inconsistency in the HDF5 file generated by the MOHID Water engine used in FLOOD 10.03.00.01.
To solve this issue you'll need to update your MOHID Water executable that introduces a fix to this problem. You can find all the necessary information in this article about Visualization of Lagrangian model results in OpenFlows FLOOD.
Please let me know if the solution works correctly or if you have any other question.
Kind regards,Luis
Hi Luís,
Thank you so much for the explanation. Yes this fixed my problem. Now all is working fine!
