I am starting new project and need to integrate waterGems with GIS. so im asking about the possibility of integrating the software with Geomedia or Mapp Enterprise ?

WaterGEMS will integrate with ESRI ArcMap or, with the latest version of WaterGEMS, ArcGIS Pro. It will not integrate with other GIS software.

It depends on what you mean by integration. If all you want to do is create your model from your GIS data, then you can export your model data to a shapefile and create the model from the shapefile using ModelBuilder..
