Hi Groune Adel, 
 The programs are written and compiled in English and then translated to the different languages. You would have to see if we produce the product in the language you want and then download and install that version. This Wiki article explains our Download process and you can select a Language there.

 As seen in the "Who can Download the products?" section of the article that Larry linked to, you will need download permissions enabled in your Bentley account in order to access the Software Downloads page. Ensure that you are signing in with the account associated with your organization. The email address associated with the account that you used to post in this forum thread does not seem to be associated with a company. 
 You may need to contact your Site Administrator to download or grant you permissions.

 Which product are you looking to learn? 
 Usually an organization / and independent engineering consultant purchases our product and has their login credentials created which allow them access to downloading and licensing the product for commercial use. If an organization purchases our products they usually have a "Site Administrator" who has admin access to the Software Downloads page. If you are an independent engineering consultant, you would be the "Site Administrator" and have access to the Software Downloads page with your authorized login credentials.
