Catchment basin shows up under 'Validate' but doesn't exist and produces an error

I'm having an issue where a catchment basin has been removed/deleted before but still shows up when I validate or analyze my collection system, which is leading to an error. Message Id: 44008, Message: The catchment is active but there is no outflow element specified, or the element is invalid or deleted.

I have tried double clicking and right clicking to 'zoom to' this catchment but it seems like it doesn't exist. However it still shows up in the flex tables. Is there a way to remove this?

  • Another possible option - if you see the catchment in question in the cactchment flextable, right click on the row header, choose "zoom to" (this should select it in the drawing) then right click (either on the catchment itself or in a blank space) and choose Delete. See #5 in this article.
