I am trying to import the landxml file to stormcad. everything comes in but the pipes do not include a mannings value. Is there a way to default one? I treid creating a conduit prototype but this didn't seem to help. Thanks.

Is the Mannings value the same for all pipes? If so, you can use Global Edit in the Flex Table to supply the value. This Wiki article will explain - How can I global edit the pipe material and have the roughness update?

I have used that to set them all. Is there a way for them to come via the landxml file or is this maybe an export function of civil 3d I have to check into. Thanks.

Please see if you can use this format to add a mannings="0.013" value (for concrete) to your LandXML file which would then be Imported with the other values.
