I ran my simulation but is giving me error message that pipe is very smooth, C >=170 or DWf =0. How do I solve the problem please.

I assume you are using HAMMER and encountering a friction factor error. HAMMER calculates a Darcy-Weisbach friction factor for each pipe (to use with the transient numerical solver) based on the difference in hydraulic grade across each pipe. Most likely the headloss is too low in the pipe in question, causing the headloss to be zero and the friction factor to be calculated as zero.
