Sewer Gems Loadbuilder cannot assign loads

I am importing point load (near to point method) at SEWERGEMS through Load builder from ArcGIS. I have more approx 800 manholes in the network imported through Modelbuilder.

However all the load is only assigned to one node only. Not the all nodes. In shape files I have three rows in attribute table. (FID, Type and Use). How to solve this issue? Thank you.

  • Hello,

Make sure you are selecting "All Manholes" when assigning the loads to nearest manhole. Also, what is the feature type of the shapefile you are using to import via LoadBuilder? Is it a "point" / "polygon" shapefile? Does it have "points" / "polygons" with attributes such as FID, Type and Use? If the data is in these feature types it shouldn't be a problem to assign loads.

Lastly, check if your shapefile and model are in the same coordinate system. You can check this by adding the shapefile as a background and see if it aligns with your model.

If you are still are facing issues in assigning loads please share a copy of your model files (.stsw, .stsw.sqlite) and the shapefile (.shp) including supporting files such as (shx, .dbf) with the same names.
