Switching Paper Sizes to plot a profile crashes

Nastassja, this may be difficult to troubleshoot as I do not believe we have access to test this.

Some initial questions for you:

1. Have you tried restarting WaterCAD (or restarting your computer?) and trying again?
2. Does this happen in just one profile or all profiles? One model all models? (including a sample file?) 
3. Are you able to switch paper sizes with other printers? How about the built-in Windows PDF driver?
4. Have you tried changing the default printer and default paper size in the Windows Printer settings? (then reopen WaterCAD)
5. Can you provide a copy of the crash details or log file?
6. Are you able to upgrade to the latest version, 10.03.05.05? See:

Nastassja - I would suspect a problem with the Bluebeam pdf driver.  I have used several different pdf applications (including Adobe and Foxit) and have never had a problem with changing paper size.  I've never used Bluebeam so have no experience with it.

   1. Every profile and all models (including the sample files) in Hammer 10.03.05.05 and WaterCAD 10.03.01.08.
3. Are you able to switch paper sizes with other printers? How about the built-in Windows PDF driver?
   1. I am not actually trying to print the PDF, but print to PDF. After I make this selection is when it crashes. It seems to be crashing no matter what size paper I select (not just 11X17). It occurs when I have PDF report write set as printer or Bluebeam PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF etc.

I could not get it to work with any of the PDF print options. See the list of options below:

I do not have any other PDF readers on my computer. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat, but it is not showing up in my lest of print options. I did restart the program as well.

You have a very interesting problem.  I have used MS Print to PDF sparingly, and none of the others on your list.  My only suggestion would be to try a 3rd party pdf writer (I've had tremendous luck with PDF995 in the past, as well as Foxit).

Regarding Acrobat, when you run the installer it should ask you if you want to add it to your printer list.
