In my model , In a new scenerio in which we apply surge Tank with check valve in the existing scenerio "with only air valve" then same pressure we get in both scenerio.
Pressure should be reduced ?

There is a difference in the results, particularly on the left side of the profile. Assuming the surge tank is added there, it appears that it may help with some very low pressures and a large air or vapor pocket. You may want to animate the profile to get a better understand of what is happening in the system but there is a difference in the results, at least for the minimum pressures.
If there is a specific area of concern, please let us know. We may also need to see a copy of the model files.
