OpenFlows SewerGEMS - Graphical Glitches caused by Alienware software on Dell PCs Resolved

Good day

We had an issue with a new PC in our office when using SewerGEMS. Icons on the ribbon became blurry and text in the Options menu would disappear. Opening one SewerGEMS model and another one directly after that caused a crash when using multiple monitors.

We found the solution on the STAAD Wiki:

The following exceptions were added to the BlackApps.dat file:

SewerGEMS.exe

Haestad.DesignSynchronizer.exe
WaterObjects.Net.PostCalculationProcessor.exe
Haestad.ModelBuilder.BatchImport.Driver.exe
Haestad.Integrator.exe
DesignSyncViewer.exe
DgnNavigatorAx.exe

All of the above issues are resolved.
