Hi,
I have a bunch of errors for reference to a deleted or inactive condition element and reference to an inactive action element. How do I resolve these?
Nastassja
Hello Nastassja,
These user notifications point to your controls. Check your controls, conditions and actions and see if any of then refer to inactive elements (E.g. a control setup for a pump to switch "On" or "Off" but the pump itself is inactive) or your controls are calling to deleted actions.
You can double click the user notification and check which controls are problematic.

They are referencing pump controls that are not active in the current scenario (the pumps are not part f the active topology). Is there no way to ignore those?
You could create control sets that would basically only use controls in a given scenario. So if a set of pumps is inactive in one scenario, the controls would basically be ignored. A control set is assigned to an Operational alternative. More information on control sets can be found here: Using Controls, Conditions, Actions, and Control Sets in WaterGEMS and WaterCAD. There is a section specific to creating control sets there.

I thought I had, but it looks like not the the extent that I thought. Thank you. I will do this!
