Difference between Head and Pressure

For reference, have looked at previous answers including the following:

However, it still is not clear to me on the relationship between the two. For instance in the attached Image, the Minimum Transient Pressure is -98kPa while the Minimum Transient Head is 1677.76. What is the relationship there?

If my pipe has a PN16 Pressure Rating, which of the two should i refer to in order to know whether or not the pressures are Okay.
