Jesse, 1. Appears when opening the model. 2. It started suddenly. 3. Version 10.00.00.40 64 bits. 4. It happens with all models.
Thanks for the information. Does it happen with the sample models, too?
10.00.00.40 is an old version from about six years ago. Are you able to upgrade?
Did you try any of the other things mentioned in my previous reply?
I already restarted the PC, I already reinstalled the program and it didn't solve the problem.
Jesse, It also happens with test models.
If I can update, I will have to update the version and see if it solves the problem
Did you try resetting the workspace?
Did you try a clean reinstallation?
Please check your Windows updates to see if you see any .NET Framework updates or CONNECTION Client updates listed recently. Also let us know if you recall any other recent changes to your system that happened just before the problem started occurring.
Please also provide a copy of your log file in case there are any other clues: Locating OpenFlows product error log file
If at all possible try upgrading, as the version you have is quite old and may have some incompatibility with a recent update.
