Additional to the above, I tried exporting to MicroDrainage but unfortunately, I was not able, I tried the Rational scenario then I tried another scenario but did not get the exported file.

Hello Mohamad,
After disusing issue internally, it is found that export option is working as designed, that is how MicroDrainage expects pipe labeling i.e in branch labeling format, hence you will need to relabel the pipes in storm-sewer products to be in branch numbering format using tool Branch labeling (Tools > More > Branch Labeling). And then export the model as Microdraiange file it would work. See below wiki.
Error exporting storm-sewer model to Micro Drainage – Labels do not contain pipe numbering in the correct format

It appears that when you are exporting file to MicroDrainage using "Use link labels as pipe numbers", the below error notification is generated and file is not exported. Do you see the same issue?
It appears that MicroDrainage requires labels to be in specific format - BranchID.PipeIndex, you may try to relabel pipes in this format, however allow us some time to investigate how links are labeled in MD Vs SewerGEMS and get back to you.
Meanwhile please elaborate your requirement to export SewerGEMS file to MD, so if possible we can help you with a workaround. Is it because of comments mentioned in other thread? Bentley SWMM Engine Failure when run 24 hours
