&lt;p&gt;In that case, what Jesse suggested about constraint based design to design inverts only, with ground elevations and pipe diameters data already entered should work for you, please follow steps provided in wiki earlier to not change the diameter while designing invert levels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I assume you are referring to the constraint-based design functionality with the GVF-Convex solver in SewerGEMS. First, ground elevations are not part of the set of parameters that the program can adjust as part of the constraint-based design. It can adjust inverts of structures and pipes, but the ground elevation is fixed and should be populated first (it is the basis for cover constraints for example). If you have a terrain model you can import it and assign ground elevations using &lt;a href="/products/hydraulics___hydrology/w/hydraulics_and_hydrology__wiki/8281/using-terrain-extractor-trex"&gt;Terrain Extractor&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
