I have a query that I m using sewer gems for design sanitary sewer Network, for design i m using Harmon's equation, we can use cut off value 4 to set maximum i want to set it 2 to minimum aswell there is option to set max value but I want to set minimum value too, is to possible to set it ?

I believe the equation cannot be edited to include minimum cutoff value in SewerGEMS, could you please elaborate your requirement here?
If you are not okay with results of this equation, then you can calculate peak factors externally and put them in table format in SewerGEMS.
