Which solver are you using? How is your wetwell and pump configured? Did you perhaps accidentally use the wrong units when entering the volume or diameter of the wetwell?

Please provide more information such as screenshots, or a copy of the model: Sharing Hydraulic Model Files on the OpenFlows Forum

Note that we have a newer version of SewerGEMS available: 10.03.04.53.

It appears that you are using Explicit solver, check if ignore on and off elevations is set to True in pump properties, check how pump is operating, check initial status of the pump whether it is on / off. Check pump curve to make sure it is setup correctly w.r.t. flow coming into wet well. 

As mentioned by Jesse check how is your wetwell and pump configured in respect of on / off elevations  / controls on pump. Check wet well levels to configure on  and off elevations in pump properties. Or if required upload model files using provided link in earlier reply.
