Some of the Target Model Data (E.g. Pipes) getting deleted while importing submodel in WaterGEMS Connect Edition. Why? Could anybody help me out from this issue?
It is also possible that "deleted" could just be inactive (is active = false). This can happen due to a mismatch in scenario/alternative name and/or structure between the two models that are being combined. See: Elements turning inactive and reverting to default properties after submodel import

When you have same elements within target model and submodel the data is overwritten, check if the elements which are getting deleted have same labels as in target model? See below check list and rules for importing submodels as a reference.
