Error occuring when Assiging future Demand into Area load data method

Question

WaterGEM V8i (Select series 6) 
 Dear All, 
 I tried to allocate future demand using area load method. 
 1. Firstly, created Population demand shape file with proper zone and then created Polygon to the relevant zone using Thiessen polygon tool in Watergem 
 2. Once created both, using load estimation by Population under (population/ Land load data) method , I tried to initiated load, but couldn&rsquo;t. 
 I&rsquo;m facing a problem when using load builder through area load method, while having an error like Below 
 "One of the layers contains one or more polygons with holes or Sub-parts leading to a total number of vertices greater than 5000. please simplify it to break it into multiple polygons" 
 Or else, sometimes, the software crashes and closes quickly without any saving.

Hello Theverajan, 
 Are you getting error using l oad estimation by Population method, there is confusion in description but screenshot is for load estimation by Population method. 
 The error message implies that there is a large polygon in that polygon shapefile which is not under limit of number vertices allowed, you should break that large polygon into multiple polygons. 
 While creating Thiessen polygon are you using buffering % or boundary layer? 
 How do each of the LoadBuilder methods work? 
 You may upload model files for our testing, include shapefiles and model files as well. Sharing model files.

 Thank you for your Responce. 
 Sorry for the confusion, where I used Estimation by Population method only. 
 further, I used Boundry Layer for creating Thiessen polygon 
 Herewith I attached the relavant Model & shp files for you

 I just went through the Load Builder wizard using your model and .shp fiile(s) and did not receive any error messages. 
 I see that you are running WaterGEMS Select Series 6 - I am running WaterGEMS Update 4 (version 10.04.00.108). Please update to this version and see if your Load Builder wizard also runs without errors.
