Pump Set to Off But is Adding Energy to the System

This is in WaterCAD CONNECT Edition. My question stems from an issue with a tank in my model keeps overflowing during EPS run (fills up, remains full, doesn't drain). I believe I have identified the hydraulic grade is being supplied by a certain pump. I turned the pump off, but when I graph the pump discharge hydraulic grade and the hydraulic grade of a junction just outside the tank, they match up perfectly (see screenshot below). And this hydraulic grade is enough to overflow the tank. There are 3 other tanks in the model with higher max levels, but none should be able to be filling the problem tank due to valves or pipe connectivity.

I will upload the model files using the Secure File Upload right after posting this question. The tank in question is T-1, the pump in question is PMP-16T_588, the junction right outside the tank is J-3275. To replicate results, run the 'EPS Run' scenario and graph the components in question.
