Hi!

Need help. Upon opening of watergems i got an error message of access denied. I am stilll the administrator of our company's account. I also checked the subscription licenses and user status. Hope someone can assist me with this.

Thank you.

  • Hello Jean,

As Ankit mentioned, this may be related to permissions. Your local administrator can restrict user access to some feature levels to make sure the overages do not occur. This would not mean that feature levels that you own are not available. See this wiki article for information: Controlling license access to prevent unintended usage.

If Access Defied message appears after choosing "yes" to the "check availability?" prompt in the Feature Level Selector tool, dismiss this message box to return to the Feature Level Selector and select another feature level for that product, if available.

If this appears when attempting to open the product (not in the Feature Level Selector), you may need to contact your local license administrator to gain access, or you can choose a different feature level through the Feature Level Selector.

    Regards,

    Scott
