I'm designing a open channel storm network in SewerGEMS platform. I'm having irregular channel sections and Trapezoidal channels sections in the network.
I want to export my network to Civil 3D. what is the way to do that? (I tried exporting to landxml and then to Civil 3D. but it does not create the correct profile in Civil 3D.).

I did a test with a sample model. I exported a sample model that includes channels to a LandXML format and then imported this LandXML file back into SewerGEMS. The channel element was imported as a conduit, but the conduit type was a trapezoidal channel with the same dimensions. However, irregular channels were not exported. This may be a limitation to LandXML and what it allows.
Based on this, you may want to try to replicate your irregular channel as another type, such as trapezoidal. You could also try exporting as other file types, such as shapefiles (assuming Civil3D will let you import shapefiles).
