I have the same message, and I followed the steps in the above link but still the issue is exist. actually the model is running in previous version SS2 without this new problem, but the problem appears when I received the model and I am opening it in the latest version SS4 (10.04.00.158).
I upload the model as received in version SS2 in the shared link.
The following screenshot is appeared after I import only the database and did validate, then the program crashed and I sent a report.

Hello Mohamad,
Do you know if the model computed in SewerGEMS version 10.02.01.04? The model will open and validate in SewerGEMS version 10.03.04.53, however it cannot complete the calculation.
There are a few areas that would need review. There is an outfall that has a manhole as the boundary element, however the manhole has a higher invert elevation. This is an unusual setup and may be worth reviewing. There is a pump that discharges to the pond that does not have valid on and off elements compared to the elevation of the wet well. This will also need to be reviewed. Also, the other outfall associated with the pond has a lower invert elevation than the bottom of the pond.
These are just a few issues I found in a quick review of the model input. I can continue to look into this, however if you can confirm if the setup of the model is correct, that would be helpful. If adjustments are made to the model, please send an updated copy of the model files.

Hello Scott
Thank you for the few comments and observations, however, the model is running on version 10.02.01.04 without any issues. I will check your comments with my team.
Mohamad
Mohamad, in the "Explicit" calculation options, the "SWMM Control Set" is set to "None". Try selecting the "control for Pump" control set.

Hello Jesse,
I fix the control issue and other physical element connectivity, in addition I run the queries but I am getting other error which no direct reference to solve the uncomplete run.
I upload the model with SS4 version in the shared linked, any advise about the error message "Access violation in module execRouting at step ...."
Mohamad, this SWMM error can occur in situations where the SWMM solver encounters an unexpected situation taht it cannot handle, such as extreme instability. In this case it looks like you have selected "True" for the calculation option "Use Bentley Transition equation". This option sometimes does not work well in models with extreme flooding. Set this to false and the model will run. This is documented here: "Access violation in module execRouting" when computing with SWMM solver
This issue has been brought to the attention of the development team. The reference number is 1117273. Another possible workaround for the issue is setting "Use SWMM Control Set" to False.
