Dear support,
I have created a simulation for 20 days. Thus, Hydrodynamic file was created with all data I need.
Now, I want to use it as starting point, so that I can only compute Lagrangian movement in it.
I created a simple file, from scratch, but I keep receiving an error.
My Hydrodynamic code is below and the error code is
MODEL was created with the same data from the original simulation. Should this be the problem?

Hello Nikolas,
The last block <begin_velocity_v>/<end_velocity_v> will not be read, because it's repeated. I assume you were trying to set a block for the vertical velocity (velocity W) but that is not necessary nor foreseen by the engine. Vertical velocities (when the solution is read from an HDF5) is estimated by the engine from the divergence of the horizontal velocities.
Have you tried running the simulation without the Lagrangian module switched on? If when doing that the problem continues, please upload your model files so we can have a look. If without the Lagrangian module active the simulation runs OK, then the problem is with the Lagrangian setup.
Kind regards,Luis
Surely.
It is the last simulation _17. I tried creating a _16 based on submodel, but couldn't figure it out, so I started a _17. Thanks a bunch
Hello,
For some reason the solution you've exported does not contain any setup files (the "data" folder is empty). Did you move the folder where the model was installed before you exported the workspace?
Can you export the workspace again and upload it again please?
Thanks,Luis
Hello Luis,
I think I made some confusion. I apologise. I believe now the upload is operational. Please, give it another try.
Regards,
The problem is that you have forgot to turn off the vertical turbulence calculations (you had selected GOTM) in the Turbulence module.
When reading a solution from a HDF5 file, you must turn that option off.
Simply comment delete the option:
MODTURB : turbulence_equation
and replace with the default:
VISCOSITY_V : 0.001
Here is more information about how to read a pre-computed hydrodynamic solution.
Dear Luis,
Thanks a lot. Simple mistake fixed and now it works!!
