What kind of system is this? is it a raw water transmission line from a reservoir or is this a complex grid of pipes?
If you have a partly full supply line and a pressurized water distribution system, you may be better off creating two models.

It depends on what you mean by "gravity driven flow".
If the pipes are flowing full, you simply need to have a source at a higher hydraulic grade than the customers. Water will flow by gravity with little or no need for pumping.
If the pipes do not flow full, you need to use a solver that can handle a mix of full and partly full pipes. Don't let the term "SewerGEMS" confuse you. SewerGEMS can handle almost any system whether the water is clean or dirty.
Can you describe the physical system you are analyzing? Is it a planned system or an existing system? How big is the system? What is its purpose?
