Civilstorm does't compute when i validte the meseage appears no validation issue it says but when i compute it does't work the measage dialoge box apear it says eror
Gerawork mulu,
When you get the error message(s) after Computing, you should see a User Notification window containing specifics about the error(s) encountered. If you don't see the User Notification window, please click Notifications in the Calculation section of the Home tab of the ribbon bar. The window should appear containing the messages about the errors found.
You can right-click or double-click each error (if it pertains to a specific component in your model) and "Zoom to" the component and see/fix the Properties for the component.
If you still have questions about the cause of the errors or how to fix them, you can use the File - Save to Package tool to create a zip file of the files required to open the model (the .stsw and .stsw.sqlite files) and upload the zip file for us to review. Use this link to upload the files and then post back here to let me know the file has been uploaded for review.
Thank-you,Larry

Gerawork,
Thanks for sending the model. I see that the model was last saved in an older version, 10.03.03.44. I tried running the model in the current version, 10.04.00.158 and it completed without an issue. I then tried running it in a copy of the old version 10.03.03.44 and it also completed without a problem.
What is the error message that you are seeing when you try to compute? Please provide the details or a screenshot. If it is a standard Bentley crash dialog, click the button in the bottom left corner and provide a copy of the top error details or the log file itself.
Also, to rule out the possibility that supporting files are interfering, try copying the ZIP file that you attached to a new folder on your local hard drive, extract the contents and try opening and computing the model from there.
Also, we suggest upgrading (even if you are able to resolve the issue) as there have been several fixes and improvements. See: Downloading OpenFlows Software

Jesse,
Thank you
this is the message that appear when i compute .
Gerawork, another user just posted about the same issue here. This also came up a few other times over the past few months (see this and this)
We believe this may be related to licensing. First, check your license status under File > Help > About.
If there is indeed a problem with the license status, ensure that you are signed into the CONNECTION Client with an email address that is associated with your organization. If you are not properly associated, you will not be able to access your license and will need to contact your Administrator. See:
Also, in case the older version is related to the issue, please upgrade: Downloading OpenFlows Software
If this works, please confirm and we'll document this as a separate wiki article (with the hashtag notification message)
Jesse, would you sent me the result that you compute at this time i need the result up to fixing the problem.
Than you
Gerawork
Can you be more specific please? What results are you looking for? Did you check your license status? Please provide details on what you see for the status, whether you can upgrade (and the result of upgrading if you did), your CONNECTION Client version number, a screenshot of the Feature Level Selector, etc.
computation results like catchment total out flow for each catchment,(resend me the model you computed what i sent you before and i will take the result from flex table License status .
