Hello! I need help to export Precipitation file (srm) from SewerGEMS. I was searching for that option but i can't find where there is...
Luis, you can post this as an Idea on our Idea Portal for future consideration. This will enable you to see the status of your idea, get votes from other users to help influence prioritization, and posts comments.
Note that if you're trying to use SewerGEMS information for a 2D flooding model, consider using the 2D modeling functionality (based on the FLOOD engine) that is already built into the latest version of SewerGEMS. See: 2D Modeling in SewerGEMS and CivilStorm

Hello Jesse! I was aware of this way of exporting, but as it is not in the format specified in the guide, I thought it might not work. Later I will try to export this way to see if Openflows FLOOD recognizes it. Thanks.
Hello Scott! I'm following the drainage simulation manual in Openflows FLOOD (Urban Flood Simulation with OpenFlows FLOOD) and one of the files to be imported would be this precipitation file in .srm format.
To add to Scott's answer - it will definitely help us to understand more about why you are trying to export this and what you will use it for but - if you are referring to the incremental precipitation time series for catchments, this can be graphed and then exported to Excel potentially:
How to copy data from a profile or graph
Hello Luis,
I am not seeing a direct way of doing this. You may be able to graph the precipitation and copy the data to Excel to create the file.
Is there a reason that you need this information?
