I am doing a simulation of a small city with about 300 nodes, the distribuition of demand in all nodes is the same, how I can to create alternatives of demand to all nodes in the same time? It's important to me because I would like to create two scenarios, one of 2009 with current demand and another of 2029 only changing the demand of all nodes! Thanks! Erick
Hi Tom,
I tried to do this in the meantime in my base scenario there isn't demands so I don't get to apply the global edit...
I could have to create units demands in the begining of the simulation as my default junction and after change it with global edit but I didn't...
My simulation is with all nodes created without demands so how I can to put it?
Did you understand?
Thanks!
Erick
Let me see if I understand. You never did load your current year demand and you want to put, say 1.5 gpm, on every node. . Right? In that case you would stay in the current year scenario, go to Demand Control Center and globally add the 1.5 to all nodes. Then you can switch to the future scenario and apply the multiplier.
For quick and dirty analysis, you can apply a multiplier from within the calculation options. However, this does not create a new scenario.
I got to do Tom, thank you very much!
I went to the "Demand Control Center" and clicked in "Initialize Demands for All Elements", this way all nodes demands values are changed to 0,0 L/s.
