Hello,
Go to the Components menu > Storm Data, then click on the "New" button on the left-hand side to create a storm under Time-Depth folder, then on the right-hand side of the window click on the "New" button as seen below:
Also, for storms based on the SCS Type III dimensionless curve, you should click "Add return event from Dimensionless curve...". This will open an Engineering Library window. From here you should see a section called "SCSTYPES.xml". Open that, click on "TypeIII 24 hr" then click select.
Finally give the rainfall curve a name (e.g. SCS Type III - 10 yr), enter the return event (e.g. 10 years), select whether you want the data to appear as cumulative values or incremental values, enter the total storm depth (e.g. 2.5 inches), and set the start time (usually left as the default - 0.00 hrs).
Click OK and you should see the storm data. Repeat this process to add other storms.
Note also that the folders on the left of the Storm Data window are 'collections' of Storms. In Nancy's screenshot she has two 'collections' - called "Design Storm" and "Time-Depth - 1". You can store multiple storms (e.g. 5 yr, 10 yr, 25 yr, 100 yr) in each collection, and therefore keep related storms together (this is especially useful when using the PondPack Engineering Library).

Mal
To illustrate Mal's last paragraph, see the below screenshot:
Basically once you've constructed your storms on the right side of the storm data window, you can export the "storm event group" (collection of all those return events) to the PondPack engineering library by clicking on the name of the storm event group on the left side, then clicking the engineering library icon at the top and choosing to "export to library".
This way if you need to use those same storms in another model, you can import them in the storm data window, using the engineering library icon > Import From Library.
Note that if your company has a Bentley LEARN subscription, you can access on-demand training videos for PondPack. There is a video entitled "Introduction to PondPack V8i Basic Features", which covers storm data management, engineering libraries and many other features.
