I saved a project in WaterGEMS V8i (Selectseries 1) several days ago, but I can't to open this file now.
When I open this file in WaterGEMS I recive a error mesage in below. Please help me.

The first thing I noticed is that you're using an outdated version of WaterGEMS. We've released a few versions since SELECTseries 1, which include new features and improvements. It's always possible that a newer version may resolve the issue.
Besides that, I would suggest narrowing down the problem by importing the database. This is done by going to File > Import > WaterGEMS Database. If this helps, you'll know the problem was with one of the support files such as the .wtg (containing presentation settings such as element symbology), the .dwh file (containing information on how the drawing appears in plan view) or output files such as .out, .rpc. To narrow it down further, you can try isolating the .wtg and .wtg.mdb file to see if that helps.
Beyond this, the proper channel for help on technical problems is to submit the model to Technical Support. You can do this using the Service Ticket Manager at selectservices.bentley.com. This will ensure a timely response from an available analyst.
