I am using Bently Flowmaster V8i and this is the first time for me that this has really become an issue. For my current project there is enough channels that the disorder is starting to create confusion. My problem is that once you create your channles within a project they are locked in a certain order in the project explorer. Is there some sort of option or key-in functionality that can be used to sort them alphabetically?
Thanks,
Matt
Hi maat7043,
I just had a look and I dont think there is a way to sort the worksheets in the project explorer. As you are probably aware FlowMaster is only designed to handle computations for one channel, pipe, weir, orifice, or inlet at one time. Are you trying to take the results for one channel and then add them as input to the next channel or something similar to that where it would be easier if they were in order?
Regards,
Mark
Just a thought that might help you out. If you need to keep track of the order perhaps you might try adding a number to the end or beginning of your worksheet name.
Thanks for looking Mark,
I have one project with many subbasins within it that I am analysing. They are all being handled on an individual basis, but I still have them all with one project file in the project explorer. Im just looking for a way to sort them
Matt,
Currently there doesn't appear to be a way to accomplish this but, the issue has been logged and our development team is aware of the issue. They will try to incorporate the new feature in a future release of the software.
