Drop Structure problem in StormCad

Question

I have a problem with my StormCAD project with using of drop structures. When i run my design with some nodes "Allow drop structure" is set to true, profile is not taken into account this option .Why like that ? please help me?

Please make sure that you have checked in the option of Design structure elevation as you have selected automated design option , it seems to be unchecked in the screenshot. 
 If you could create a service request for the issue & submit your model also we can see the exact problem.To create a service request please go this location: appsnet.bentley.com/.../addcall.aspx
