WaterCAD and WaterGEMS SELECTseries 4 (08.11.04.57) Patch Silent install?

Question

We are trying to figure out what switch to use to do a "silent install" of the new (08.11.04.57) Patch for WaterCAD and WaterGEMS? We have several computers that only have SS4 of WaterCAD and would like to figure out how to do the silent install as well as determine if the patch was successfully installed. We tried /q:a. Need to know how to check to see if this actually installed.

Hi Steve, 
 There are no silent install switches for the patch sets, but if you want you can definitely extract the necessary information from them and repackage it. If you take a program like 7 zip or WinRAR you can extract the contents of the patch. You'll notice that there area a few files once you extract everything. Delete all the files except the ZIP file. Now you can take this zip file then open it to extract the contents of the patch set for each program. 
 If you want to see if the patch is successfully installed all you should need to do is open the software and go to Help > About <Product_Name>. Once there you look for the date in the lower left corner of the software. That date should match with the date of the patch set.
