The following error message is generated when trying to open a model:
"The program can't start because libeay32_Ad_1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this issue."
The file mentioned is related to AutoCAD. First, if you are opening the model file by either double-clicking the model file or right-clicking the file and choosing Open With > (product name), try opening the file through the program first. Open the product, then choose File > Open.
If that doesn't work, while this issue can occur when launching the non-integrated version of the software (i.e., standalone), try reinstalling both AutoCAD and the Bentley program to see if this resolves the issue.
Another option would be to try reimporting the database file into a new drawing. This is done by going to File > Import > (program name) database.
