Problem

The footer of the reports generated in Flowmaster is overlapping or I want to remove the footer.

Solution Option 1: Download the latest update 

This issue was resolved in a cumulative patch set for version 08.11.01.03. The fix is also included in the latest release (CONNECT Edition). 

To correct the issue, either upgrade to FlowMaster CONNECT Edition, or if you need to stay on V8i, contact technical support for the patch.

Solution Option 2: Remove the footer altogether

Make sure the latest version and patch are installed, then create a text file with name "Excludefooters.txt" (without the quotation marks) and place this file at the following location:

Windows 7/Vista:     C:\Users\(user name for the computer)\AppData\Local\Bentley\FlowMaster\8
Windows XP:    C:\Documents And Settings\(user name)\Local Settings\Application Data\Bentley\FlowMaster\8

A future release of the product should allow you to adjust the information in the footer. (as of June, 2019, version 10.02.00.01 does not yet have such functionality)
