Problem

"Unknown Command" error message occurs when trying to run an operation in Bentley product when integrated with AutoCAD.

Solution

First, try reintegrating the Bentley product with AutoCAD by going to the Start Menu, then selecting Programs > Bentley > (product name) > Integrate with AutoCAD-MicroStation. You may want to try this by right-clicking on this item and choosing Run as Administrator.

If that doesn't help, close the product and browse to the Control Panel. Choose Programs and Features and highlight the name of the Bentley product. Then choose the Repair option. This will reinstall key components and rerun in the integration tool. When this is completed, the issue should be resolved.

If that doesn't help, you may need to reset the AutoCAD profile settings. Once this is done, you will need to run in integration tool, as described above.
